“growing into the shape of something that stood here and stands no longer, or: a series of explorations”
is: risographed! two colours! a zine of mechanical drawings and automatic writing! reproduced here for your viewing pleasure! incredible!
due to the nature of risography and the fact that i don’t want to scan these back into my computer, i’ve made a pdf of the mockups that i used when setting up files for printing. it looks somewhat the same, or at least should give you an idea of what the zine itself looks/looked like. it’s bound all on one side so it flips out very largestyle; it’s a little narrower than a full letter page because i decided to trim off the margins.
NOTE: BECAUSE THIS FILE OTHERWISE WOULD BE SO HUGE I CAN’T PUT IT ON THIS SITE, THIS VERSION IS A LOUSY 72PPI RESOLUTION. YOU DO NOT WANT TO TRY AND PRINT THIS. I’M SORRY ABOUT THAT BUT ALSO MAN WHY ARE PDFS SO ENORMOUS UNLESS YOU COMPRESS THE LIVING HELL OUT OF THEM? YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HAVE FIGURED OUT A MORE EFFICIENT WAY TO MAKE A FILE THAT’S BASICALLY A CONTAINER FOR OTHER CRAP TO GO INTO.
