if you’re interested in getting a commission from me, here is where you’d ask about it. i’m open to drawing or painting you just about anything, with a few caveats. here’s the important bullet points to include in your message if you’re thinking of asking me for something custom…
i work on a sliding scale. please give me the budget you’re working with/what you’re comfortable paying. chances are it will work for me. if it doesn’t, i’m open to discussing a way to make it work.
give me a description of what you’d like. reference images or links to said reference images are big helps.
what medium would you like it in? digital, pen and ink, painting…etc. at this point i can’t offer custom lino cut commissions as they are prohibitively expensive.
is there a due date? if so please provide it. i generally have a pretty quick turnaround but it’s better to be safe than sorry.
i can do payment thru either paypal or etransfers. for smaller comms i’ll have you pay me when i’m done (but before i send you the final image); for larger ones it’ll be half up front half upon completion. revisions of digital pieces are free unless they’re unreasonable.
if you want a physical piece and don’t live locally i gotta get you to pay for shipping. i’m sorry lol. i know it’s expensive. maybe it’s cheaper to come up here.
other things to note: i am not good at drawing faces. if you ask me for a portrait it will be bad. i also reserve the right to turn down any commission request for any reason. comms that play to my strengths are gonna be better than ones that don’t. if you ask me to draw your character it will likely not be amazing. if you ask me to do something a lot more loosey goosey than that it probably will rock. etc etc.
